Project Manager during construction phase for the new Operations and Maintenance Facility (East) as part of Sound Transit's EastLink expansion.  The new facility features two main buildings and several ancillary structures.  The OMF building itself will accommodate commissioning, deployment, and service operations for 96 light rail vehicles; the building features a 14-bay vehicle maintenance shop, a train wash facility, specialized maintenance and parts storage areas, administrative space for transit operators, and employee support spaces.
