Project Manager during Schematic Design Phase for this four-story office building in Issaquah, Washington.  As one of the first buildings to be executed as part of the Hyla Crossing urban development plan, this project plays an important role in setting the tone for a denser, more walkable, and more sustainable built environment as the City of Issaquah evolves from a commuter suburb to an urban environment in its own right.  As such, the design focusses on creating a warm and welcoming environment with clear connections to the surrounding natural environment, but also to nearby transit and commercial resources.
